We are on a mission at LAUNCH to support founders and inspire innovation. We produce the popular podcast “This Week in Startups” (TWiST), run Jason's Syndicate, the LAUNCH Accelerator, the LAUNCH Ticker and startup events (LAUNCH Festival and SCALE).
We invest millions of dollars in founders every year, some of whom go on to change the world.
We're looking for a Customer Support & Operations Specialist based in Canada or U.S. to join our growing investment team. In this role, you'll help to manage the complete life cycle of one of the largest investor syndicates in the world.
What you'll do:
- Manage relations with ~9,000 investors in Jason's Syndicate.
- Communicate with investors via email, phone or Zoom regarding our investment deals. This entails equal parts customer relations and troubleshooting.
- Track Syndicate deals throughout their complete life cycle and manage each step, soup to nuts.
- Build and maintain Typeform, Notion and Google Sheets databases.
- Master Mailchimp and YAMM to send out critical communications to our network.
- Extract, analyze and utilize data on our investments to create weekly, quarterly and yearly plans.
- Track our 300+ portfolio company updates, and report and analyze the findings.
To be successful in this role, you need to:

- Be incredibly organized. Keep and maintain accurate records.
- Have a willingness to jump in and learn skills on your own.
- Juggle multiple tasks and adjust priorities — while remaining cool under pressure.
