Responsibilities:

• Research companies in the startup world, build relationships with founders
• Meet with founders to learn about their business, take notes in Notion
• Perform due diligence (including financial, customer & IP) on companies entering Founder University, Accelerator, or The Syndicate
• Smart, concise research with insightful analysis
• Manage, update and build our Notion Database (Live and breathe Notion!)
• Be the first to volunteer to help create efficiencies in our systems by using Zapier, ChatGPT, Bard etc.
• Other tasks as assigned

• Be exceptional at productivity, communications & web software (i.e., Mailchimp, Google Docs, Zapier, Keynote, Squarespace, Slack, Typeform, WordPress, Outreach.io, Notion, Crunchbase, etc)
• Relentless positivity & dogged resilience -- we're a scrappy team doing world-class work
• Proactive thinking & the ability to anticipate problems + find the solutions, is critical
